Questions

What people ask before they start.

Have a launch coming?

Send the product and a date. You see a script and a storyboard before anything is animated.

Start a film gunner@structuredscale.com
What do I need to send?

A link, a demo account, or a few screenshots. What the product does and who it is for. If there is a launch date, tell us that too. For an App Store preview, your own screen recordings of the app.

Can I add things to a film?

Yes. Add-ons are chosen when you order and most arrive with the film. Three hook versions add one business day; Rush brings the film forward to the next business day.

What if I do not like the idea?

You see a draft before anything is built: a script and a storyboard for a film, a style frame for a loop, a sketch for stills and kits. You say yes, or we try another angle. If no draft works for you, you get your money back in full.

What do I get?

A finished film with picture, sound and voice, as an MP4 cut for the feed you post to: vertical (9:16) or horizontal (16:9) for USD 100, or both for USD 150. Anything you add arrives with it.

How long does it take?

A film arrives within 3 business days of your yes on the storyboard, or the next business day with Rush. Every other piece shows its own time above, counted from your yes on its draft. If a date matters, tell us at the start and we will say whether we can meet it.

Can I ask for changes?

The storyboard can change until you approve it; that is what it is for. Two rounds of changes on the finished film are included.

When do I pay?

You pay the full price when you order, add-ons included, before we start the draft. If no draft works for you, you get it back in full. Payment on this site goes through a checkout page run by Stripe.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in full, if you do not approve any draft. Once a piece has been made from a draft you approved, it is not refunded; the two rounds of changes apply instead.

Who can use the film?

Once paid for, it is yours to use anywhere: post it, run it as an ad, put it on your site, with no time limit. We may show it in our own work unless you ask us not to.

Are the brands on this site your clients?

No. The films and examples on this site are concept pieces we made to show what we do. The brands in them did not commission them. When a piece is made for a paying client, it will say so.

What do you make the films with?

After Effects, or Remotion when a piece is better written as code. We review our own render frame by frame before you see it.
