It's Friday and the launch is in pieces. Every piece drops into one Notion block, an agent reads the docs, the tasks and the meetings and writes the status, and the block holds docs, wikis, projects and agents before it turns over into Notion's logo.

About the film
It opens mid search, drawn in graphite and charcoal on a quiet grey ground: “where are we on the LAUNCH?” types itself while a pointer races between loose pieces of the launch, a charcoal trail writing on behind it. “It’s Friday. The launch is in pieces.” The pointer grabs one block by its handle and every piece whips along the trail into it; on the spoken “Notion” the block punches toward the lens and turns from charcoal to white. It opens into Notion’s real Launch status updates database, drawn first as a drafting and then clean, where their Custom Agent reads the docs, the tasks and the meetings and writes this week’s status; a press springs the charcoal stroke round the frame and opens the page it wrote. The page closes into a dot, the dot becomes the block again, and the block deals out a doc, a wiki, a project board and an agent along drawn ties: “Docs, wikis, projects and agents, in one workspace.” The camera pulls back into a field of other teams’ blocks for “100M users in over 50 countries”, the field gathers into one block that shrinks into the full stop of “together.”, and the stop opens onto a shared page where two named pointers place their pieces. After one dark beat the block turns over into Notion’s logo. Every change of screen is drawn: nothing simply appears after something else. The drawn world, the pieces, the blocks, the strokes and the motion were made for this film. Every screen is Notion’s own, from their Custom Agent video and the product pictures on notion.com and in their media kit, and so are the logo, the blue, and the words “Where teams and agents build together” and “100M users in over 50 countries”, read on notion.com on 22 October 2026. Paige, an ElevenLabs voice, reads the script in one take chosen from three. The music was made for this film with ElevenLabs’ music model, under the commercial licence of our paid plan. The clicks, pops and whooshes are from the Kenyset sound library with one riser from Sonniss, and the pencil and charcoal strokes are synthesised from the drawing’s own speed.
